Clinical Dietitian

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at South Shore Health. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will provide clinical nutrition services, including medical nutrition therapy, to patients. You will be a strong member of the healthcare team, integrated in all service areas of the hospital.

• Screen patients for nutritional risk using established screening data in the EMR, consults, daily multidisciplinary rounds, and meals rounds.
• Collaborate with Nutr. Guest Reps, nurses, and medical providers to identify patients needing an assessment or reassessment.
• Assess patients appropriately using the Nutrition Care Process.

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Nutrition from a CDR/A.N.D. approved program.
• Completed Dietetic Internship from a CDR accredited program.
• Passed RD exam or eligible to take RD exam.
• Massachusetts licensure or licensure eligible.

• Up to six (6) months to become fully proficient.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel preferred; typing ability.
