We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to become part of our team at one of our professionally managed student housing communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and prioritize all maintenance tasks for the assigned site, ensuring a well-maintained inventory of equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Develop and implement daily work schedules for maintenance duties while ensuring the quality of work performed.
  • Assist the Property Manager in coordinating the renovation schedules and monitoring the status of units.
  • Carry out painting, cleaning, and all necessary maintenance tasks for units undergoing renovation.
  • Manage all aspects of snow removal and maintain the necessary equipment.
  • Establish and uphold preventative maintenance protocols, collaborating with the Property Manager to align with budgetary guidelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property and address any emergency situations, promptly communicating details to the Property Manager.
  • Facilitate monthly meetings with site staff to discuss safety, organization, training, and policy updates.

Job Type: Maintenance Supervisor; Competitive hourly rate

Work Hours: Full Time - Standard hours with on-call requirements as necessary.

Required Experience: 2-5+ years in residential property management.

Desired Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in resident relations and maintenance challenges.
