Service Operations CDL Driver

Job Summary

As a Service Operations CDL Driver with Worldwide Equipment, you will be responsible for driving up to and including Class 8 trucks to pick up and drop off customers for service repairs. You will test drive units to verify customer issues or to ensure the equipment is operating properly after repairs have been completed. You will work harmoniously with management, co-workers, and customers to provide a best-in-class repair experience. Time not spent driving will be utilized as directed by your immediate supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive all makes and models of Medium Duty and Class 8 vehicles
• Observe and take note of potential maintenance issues of the trucks driven and communicate those findings with direct supervisor or Service Advisor
• Keep in compliance with state and federal government regarding drivers logs
• Communicate with co-workers, management, and customers in a professional and positive manner
• Present oneself with a professional appearance, supports safe working habits, and complies with all company policies
• Foster teamwork within the department and with all other departments
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications
• Must possess a Class A CDL license and all necessary documentation needed to drive a class 8 truck
• Two-year related driving experience
