About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Robinhood. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat channels.

Your primary goal will be to ensure our customers feel understood and valued, providing them with accurate and timely support for a range of needs, from simplistic to complex. This includes equities trading, margin, and options trading-related issues.

You will be empowered to help our customers and contribute to our company's growth by identifying areas for improvement and communicating better ways to serve our customers.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Drive continuous improvement to delight customers by acting as the voice of the customer
  • Grow your financial services expertise as you develop deep subject mastery of complex financial concepts
About You

We are looking for a self-starter and ambitious learner who is comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to quickly defuse customer anxiety through exceptional customer service skills.

Able to exercise independent thought and judgment, adapt to new tasks, and prioritize tasks in a multi-task environment. Schedule flexibility is a must, as we evolve to meet the growing demands of our customers.
