Position Overview:

University Hospitals is seeking a highly skilled Acute Care/Trauma Surgeon to join our expanding trauma system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our trauma services.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and manage trauma patients in our 24/7 Acute Care Surgery service and Trauma/Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
Participate in the development and implementation of trauma protocols and guidelines.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

ABMS-BC/BE in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care.
Strong clinical and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
