Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive programming strategy that addresses the physical, social, spiritual, emotional, cognitive, and leisure needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of programs into the overall community experience.
  • Manage a team of programming professionals and foster partnerships with external organizations to enhance resident engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on active aging and generational trends to inform programming decisions.
  • Design and implement signature programming and events that enhance the residents' living experience.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in planning and implementing activities, events, and organizing groups.
  • Valid state driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
  • Knowledge of aging and disability issues a plus.
  • Experience supervising/directing the work of others preferred.
