Responsibilities
  • Provide direct one-on-one counseling, medication evaluation, and management to clients with mental health diagnoses
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct medication management appointments and provide education to patients
  • Participate in case consultations and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an advanced degree as a Psychiatric Nurse
  • Current and valid Pennsylvania Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) License
  • Prior experience in behavioral health, including prescribing medications
  • Active DEA/CSR certificate license required
