About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a float pool nurse at Mass General Brigham. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities
  • Nursing Assessment: Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized plans of care that prioritize their well-being and safety.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications according to professional standards of practice and nursing policies, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Patient Education: Provide personalized education and support to patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare and recovery.
  • Clinical Skills: Utilize evidence-based practices and clinical expertise to provide exceptional patient care, collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, with a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Licensure: Current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience: Previous RN experience, with a strong background in critical care or med-surg nursing.
