Job Description:
This Patient Care RN Infusion Specialist role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our mission. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating patient care, conducting medical intake sessions, and following up with clients after sessions. Responsibilities:
  • Passionate about holistic medicine and committed to providing exceptional patient care.
  • Manage and coordinate patient care, including medical intake sessions and follow-up communications.
  • Identify progress toward desired patient care outcomes and monitor delivery of care.
  • Conduct medical intake sessions and follow up with clients via email and phone.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Nursing experience.
  • RN Licensure in the State of Michigan.
  • Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Interest in Holistic Medicine.

  • Competitive pay based on experience: $65,000 - $90,000 per year.
