About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Brighton, MA.

As a Med Surg Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Providing direct patient care and monitoring patients' responses to treatment
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
  • At least 1 year of medical/psychiatric experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $83,111 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
