About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team at GB - Global. As a key member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will play a critical role in investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex workers' compensation claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate claims to determine liability and extent of damages
  • Develop and implement effective claims resolution strategies
  • Communicate with claimants, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient resolution of claims
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claims processing and resolution
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims adjusting, preferably in workers' compensation
  • Active adjuster's licenses in all states where claims are being handled
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including claims management systems
