Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Senior Guest Service Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our valet team, ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional guest service and consistently exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the hiring, training, and discipline/accountability of staff.
  • Cultivate relationships with associates and manage each account.
  • Handle revenue, payroll, and claims.
  • Actively participate in shifts and work a minimum of 40 hours on-site at account(s).
  • Create the weekly valet schedule for assigned account(s).
  • Assume a leadership role for one primary site; coach and support the operations of 2-3 additional sites.
  • Bring 5+ years of experience in leading and managing large complex operations and/or 2+ years in multi-site leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record of success in leading, motivating, and developing teams.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle guest concerns and complaints effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members, guests, and hotel management.
