Job Description

We are an insurance technology and distribution platform that is transforming the life insurance industry. Our innovative approach allows us to issue policies in under one minute, making us one of the top distributors of digital life insurance policies in the world.

We have an in-house marketing team that generates exclusive client requests for our advisors. Our system includes targeted direct mail and digital content that goes out to homeowners, who can respond through an online link, QR code, or phone call. This approach ensures that only motivated clients who have a need and desire to buy life insurance are contacted.

As a client advisor, you will have access to our technology-driven CRM to connect with clients who have requested a consultation. Our system will set a virtual appointment from home or anywhere, and our full-time advisors will connect with 10 to 15 families per week. We provide ongoing training and support for our advisor partners.

In addition to generating client requests, we have created a Direct-to-Consumer platform for independent insurance advisors to leverage. This platform allows clients to buy an insurance policy on their own, from their desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, and the advisor who sent them to the site through a unique link gets paid the commission for the sale.

You as the client advisor have access to real-time dashboards for status updates on all applications, so you can track how your 24/7 storefront is performing. We are empowering our agents with leading-edge systems and technology.

Advisor Compensation:

The average compensation is about $1,000 per issued client application. Our average full-time advisors will enroll at least five clients per week, and our top advisors will protect 15 to 20 clients per week. In addition to 1099/commission based, you will earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel. You are vested from day one, and you may qualify for equity incentives or an agency contract, which gives you full ownership of your permanent residual income stream.

Expectations:

This position is remote and combines the freedom and tax benefits of being an independent contractor with the ongoing support and coaching from our team of experts. You will be accountable for your activity and results, and rapid advancement into leadership is available.
