Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop project plans using software applications like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Architect or similar role in the Engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Demonstrated experience in project scheduling, cost estimation, and planning.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Professional registration as an Architect will be considered an advantage.
