Olgoonik Corporation is seeking a skilled Software Developer III to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom software solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in enterprise collaborative environments. You will work closely with our program offices, subject matter experts, and end users to gather, organize, and document project requirements throughout the development process.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in managing software development projects from design to implementation
- Collaborating with functional units/programs to gather requirements and validate processes throughout the project design and development phases
- Configuring, integrating, testing, implementing, and validating new features and applications based on documented project requirements
- Collaborating with senior developers on standard builds, custom solutions, quality assurance, and troubleshooting
- Building workflows and custom solutions using PowerApps and Power Automate/Flow
- Creating SOPs/user guides and providing technical training as needed
- Leveraging the integration of Microsoft 365 applications with SharePoint to increase efficiency and develop new processes
- Assisting with development of database infrastructure and other content management systems
- Making recommendations for custom solutions or system enhancements
- Analyzing application usage information and collaborating with senior developers to suggest deliverable improvements based on code performance and user feedback
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform Applications, as well as experience with advanced database interactions, procedural and object-oriented JavaScript, and APIs. Excellent writing and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are also essential.
