  • Ensure data quality and integrity by monitoring system output and validating interfaces and systems.
  • Partner with the IT community or vendor customer service as necessary to assist customers in resolving system and/or data issues.
  • Partner with clients to document and understand requirements, including business requirements, use cases/user stories, functional requirements, configuration requirements, data and reporting requirements, test case development, and integration requirements.
  • Remain current on HR system and data practices to implement new ideas and leverage system technology for operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; 4 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) application support and development experience, including system configuration in a mid-large-sized work environment.
  • Detailed knowledge of one or more HR business functions (Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Employee Relations, Leadership and Professional Development, Benefits, and Workforce Analytics).
  • Experience with ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday Payroll system.
  • Experience and understanding of Absence and/or Time Entry configuration.
  • Experience with consultation to the Payroll Team by gathering requirements, providing solutions, and impact analysis.
  • General Ledger experience.
  • Workday Pro Certification(s).

Compensation:
