Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst, preferably in the healthcare or health IT industry.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools, Sigma preferred.
  • Experience working with Snowflake.
  • Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA) is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

The team member is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

The team member may regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
