- Minimum requirement: High School Diploma/GED
- Must be enrolled and have completed at least 16 hours in a CNA class in NJ to start working
- You have 120 days to finish your course and obtain your certification
- Availability for training is essential

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as eating, dressing, bathing, and toileting as needed
- Respond to resident calls for assistance or treatment and notify medical staff of emergencies
- Encourage residents to engage in physical activities and participate in scheduled programs
- Perform housekeeping duties including changing linens, cleaning resident rooms, and managing waste
- Collaborate with dining staff to ensure residents receive appropriate meals and assistance as required
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment
