Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food for regularly scheduled and special events, utilizing resources efficiently.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining quality and timeliness.
  • Set up and arrange food service dishes and condiments prior to meal service or event.
  • Maintain proper HACCP food safety policies and sanitization procedures for service and clean-up.
  • Sanitize and clean kitchen and service area, dining room tables, and equipment per daily, weekly, and monthly guidelines.
  • Replenish dining area supplies, including dishes, pepper, and silverware, and prepare the area for next service as time permits.
  • Maintain and record monthly inventory and ordering of supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • ServSafe Food Handlers certification within 120 days of transfer or hire.
