Job Overview
As an HVAC Systems Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, upkeep, and repair of heating and cooling systems across our facilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Your expertise will also extend to the maintenance of food service equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct repairs on pneumatic controls and adjust thermostats as needed
  • Perform testing and treatment of swimming pool systems
  • Adhere to regulations regarding refrigerant management
  • Engage in welding and steel fabrication tasks
  • Source materials and equipment effectively
  • Manage inventory, tools, and equipment efficiently
  • Uphold safety protocols and participate in safety training sessions
  • Execute maintenance and repair work on heating and cooling apparatus
  • Respond promptly to emergency HVAC service requests
  • Oversee the maintenance of boilers and cooling towers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Certification in Refrigerant Transition and Recovery
  • A minimum of two years of relevant work experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems and refrigeration techniques
Proposed Salary
$20.23 per hour, classified as a non-exempt position with bi-weekly payment.

Conditions of Employment
