As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis - Revenue to contribute to our vision of sustainable growth. This pivotal role will focus on financial forecasting and analysis related to revenue streams, offering critical insights that aid in strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, advanced financial modeling capabilities, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the monthly and quarterly forecasting processes for revenue performance, analyzing historical data to identify trends and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain a data-driven revenue model that aligns with the overall business strategy.
  • Prepare and analyze management reports, summarizing financial results and highlighting key trends and risks to senior leadership.
  • Engage in data analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
  • Foster strong cross-departmental relationships to enhance forecast accuracy and streamline processes.
  • Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and collaborate with relevant teams to uphold accurate reporting practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on revenue forecasting, preferably in the technology sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of various software revenue models and revenue recognition principles.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems such as Sage Intacct, Adaptive Planning, PowerBI, and Salesforce.
