This position supports the Countermeasure and Electromagnetic Attack Solutions Business Area, focusing on the Advanced Compact EW Solutions program family. Our diverse portfolio encompasses both development and production programs, backed by a robust support team.

Key Responsibilities

+ Actively participate as a program team member during meetings and reviews.

+ Assist program management with all financial dimensions of the program, including establishing baselines, forecasting, reporting, and quarterly assessments.

+ Collaborate with the contracts department regarding funding, billing, and other contractual matters.

+ Develop and sustain program baselines utilizing earned value management techniques.

+ Evaluate and oversee program risks and opportunities, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays.

+ Formulate and revise financial forecasts and estimates at completion.

+ Support internal and external reporting requirements on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

+ Engage with customers effectively.

+ Provide proposal support through pricing basis of estimates, assembling cost volumes, and preparing requests for bid approvals (RBA).

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

+ Proven problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.

+ Ability to communicate and present financial information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.

+ Excellent interpersonal skills to influence diverse teams.

+ Capacity to prioritize and manage a multi-faceted workload in a dynamic environment.

+ Sound judgment in decision-making while adhering to policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra.

+ Experience in project forecasting and analysis, particularly within a U.S. Defense context.

+ Background in program finance or related financial disciplines.

+ Knowledge of Earned Value Management policies.

+ Understanding of industry standards and company policies.

Compensation Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $164,010

Please note: This range is based on market pay structures. Individual salaries are influenced by various factors, including business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
