Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide direction and motivation to clinical staff, develop and maintain effective relationships with providers, medical and administrative staff, patients, and public.
  • Critical Thinking: Plan for strategic, short-term, and long-term goals, exercise initiative, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Human Resources: Grow and maintain a well-trained and motivated associate workforce.
  • Financial Management: Monitor current budget and operational data, analyze Pro Forma and rate of return calculations for proposed projects.
