About the Role

We're seeking a talented Photography Team Member to join our team at Dollywood Parks & Resorts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for capturing the magic of our parks and creating unforgettable memories for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approach guests with a friendly demeanor and offer photo services that exceed their expectations.
  • Assist guests by answering questions and providing product information, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
  • Listen to and understand guests' needs, taking proactive steps to ensure their satisfaction and delight.
  • Deliver high-quality images to guests, accurately setting camera settings to capture the perfect shot.
  • Ensure assigned photo locations are stocked, clean, prepared, and organized, providing a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Handle equipment safely and with care, promptly communicating any issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Process sales, manage cash drawers, and balance transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Utilize effective salesmanship techniques to drive sales and meet revenue goals.
  • Comply with all department and park-specific policies, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail or service environments is preferred but not required.
  • Strong motivational and servant leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary to navigate complex situations and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required to excel in this position.
  • A proactive mindset, high sense of urgency, and ability to adapt to changes are crucial for success in this role.
  • Able to pass a basic math test and demonstrate strong sales skills.
