Builder Sales Leadership Opportunity

The Interior Logic Group is a leading national installer of high-value interior finishes, including flooring, cabinets, and countertops, to homebuilder customers, as well as multi-family, commercial, and repair & remodel customers.
Job Description:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet the company's revenue goals
- Analyzing market trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Managing and developing the sales team to ensure maximum productivity and employee engagement
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to monitor and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Strong understanding of pricing structure of construction trades and bids/contract management
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field
- 10+ years' experience in sales management, preferably in the interior construction industry
