Role Responsibilities:
As a Food Server, your primary duty will be to provide exceptional service to our residents and their guests within the Health Center. Your goal will be to ensure a delightful and efficient dining experience characterized by:
- Engaging with residents and guests to deliver prompt and enthusiastic service.
- Participating in daily shift meetings to stay informed and prepared.
- Memorizing menu offerings, including key ingredients and preparation methods, to effectively communicate with diners.
- Utilizing suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience.
- Adhering to safety protocols and promptly addressing any hazardous conditions.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Obtain a Food Handler Certification within the first month of employment.
- Possess the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Consent to and successfully pass a criminal background check.
