Senior Clinical Research Physician

M3 is looking for a Senior Clinical Research Physician to spearhead our clinical development initiatives and oversee trial operations. The successful candidate will possess a wealth of experience in clinical and pharmaceutical medicine, working collaboratively with patients, regulatory bodies, peers, and biopharmaceutical organizations. Key duties include managing clinical trials across all phases, ensuring participant safety, and delivering clinical and scientific guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer clinical expertise throughout the clinical trial process
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including Regulatory Affairs and Patient Engagement
  • Lead and mentor a team of researchers and clinical personnel
  • Ensure adherence to research protocols in compliance with FDA regulations and GCP standards
  • Evaluate participant eligibility for studies
  • Conduct physical examinations and assessments as required by study protocols
  • Communicate diagnostic findings and treatment objectives to study participants
  • Review diagnostic results and provide clinical oversight

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience post-training in general or internal medicine
  • Valid medical license with comprehensive knowledge of treatment protocols and drug interactions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Prior experience in clinical research is essential
