Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead our Clinical Pharmacy Programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our Clinical Pharmacy Programs, including those required to maintain specialty pharmacy accreditation and credentialing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Clinical Pharmacy Programs in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry accreditation and credentialing requirements.
  • Provide regular review updates to clinical programs in response to changes in accreditation and credentialing requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations related to pharmacy practice.
  • Stay current on changing laws, regulations, and new pharmacy-related programs.
  • Develop and implement policies related to clinical procedures, measures, and practices.
  • Supervise Medication Therapy Management programs.
  • Identify practice-related issues and facilitate clinical research projects, quality improvement initiatives, or healthcare provider education as needed.
  • Train pharmacy and clinic staff on best practices.
  • Develop medication therapy strategies for inclusion of clinic satellite locations in clinical pharmacy programs and requirements.


Requirements:
  • Pharm.D. degree from an accredited institution.
  • PGY 1 Residency in Hospital.
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
  • A.C.P.E. accredited I.V. Certification.
  • Completion of an accredited Residency in a Hospital Pharmacy (PGY1/PGY2).
  • BLS certification.
  • Board of Pharmacy Specialty certifications encouraged.


Compensation:

Pay Range: $114,400 - $158,080 per year.

Sign-on Bonus: $15,000
