Clinical Pharmacy Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Clinical Pharmacy Programs in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry accreditation and credentialing requirements.
- Provide regular review updates to clinical programs in response to changes in accreditation and credentialing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations related to pharmacy practice.
- Stay current on changing laws, regulations, and new pharmacy-related programs.
- Develop and implement policies related to clinical procedures, measures, and practices.
- Supervise Medication Therapy Management programs.
- Identify practice-related issues and facilitate clinical research projects, quality improvement initiatives, or healthcare provider education as needed.
- Train pharmacy and clinic staff on best practices.
- Develop medication therapy strategies for inclusion of clinic satellite locations in clinical pharmacy programs and requirements.
Requirements:
- Pharm.D. degree from an accredited institution.
- PGY 1 Residency in Hospital.
- Licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
- A.C.P.E. accredited I.V. Certification.
- Completion of an accredited Residency in a Hospital Pharmacy (PGY1/PGY2).
- BLS certification.
- Board of Pharmacy Specialty certifications encouraged.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $114,400 - $158,080 per year.
Sign-on Bonus: $15,000
