Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Sell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Restock and manage inventory on the sales floor, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store displays
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or retail is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and ability to create engaging content is a plus
