Liberty Healthcare Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Coordinator to join our team. As a Regional Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the community supervision and treatment of adult sex offenders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct monitoring and supervision of adult sex offenders in the community
  • Facilitating new clients' transition from secure residential treatment into the community, including developing comprehensive supervision plans and securing suitable housing, health, and human services, and financial support
  • Leading and supervising a team of part-time field-based staff
  • Collaborating with the program's leadership team
  • Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with treatment providers, law enforcement, court officials, state hospital contacts, and government agencies
  • Completing reports
  • Remaining on-call 24/7 (Monday through Friday) and responding promptly to emergencies

Requirements

  • Knowledge of effective community monitoring and management strategies for high-risk adult sexual offenders
  • Experience working in forensic mental health, parole, probation, or a similar community law enforcement capacity

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate between $35.00 and $40.00 per hour, based on relevant work experience, professional credentials, work schedule/shift, and worksite location
  • Reimbursement for approved work-related mileage
