Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide exceptional care and support to our patients. This role offers the chance to positively influence the communication abilities of individuals across various age groups.

Location: Windom, MN

Compensation: $48.81 per hour

Work Schedule: PRN - Flexible shifts based on facility needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse patient demographic.
  • Assess and identify communication disorders through thorough evaluations.
  • Develop and execute tailored treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is required.
  • Experience with modified barium swallow studies is preferred.
  • Background in treating a variety of patient populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
