Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Windom, Minnesota.

Job Description:

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will administer medically prescribed speech language pathology to restore function and prevent disability following injury or loss of a body part. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records pertinent to patient treatment, educate patients, other health professionals, and family regarding speech therapy on an on-going basis, and observe and evaluate patient responses during treatment, document and report findings accordingly.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medically prescribed speech language pathology to restore function and prevent disability following injury or loss of a body part.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records pertinent to patient treatment.
  • Educate patients, other health professionals, and family regarding speech therapy on an on-going basis.
  • Observe and evaluate patient responses during treatment, document and report findings accordingly.
Requirements:
  • One to three years' experience as an SLP preferred.
  • Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills.
