Key Responsibilities:- Build relationships with residents and provide support to ensure their success and well-being
- Perform daily building and grounds inspections to maintain facility and resident safety
- Monitor traffic flow at entrances and exits, and perform walk-throughs of buildings and surrounding areas
- Identify and report any safety concerns or potential lease violations
- Collaborate with the program team to provide advocacy and support services to residents
- 1-2 years of experience in social services, security, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid California driver's license and auto insurance preferred
- Competitive salary range: $49,000 - $50,000
- Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 403(b) retirement plan
- 14 paid holidays and 2 personal days per year
