About the Position

Quandary Consultants, LLC is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective safety programs that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a culture of safety within our company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational safety, environmental health, and/or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, clients, and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, manage, and maintain Quandary's health and safety program(s)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters
  • Stay current with regulatory requirements and make necessary changes to the safety program
  • Manage onsite health and safety supplies and resources
  • Hazard communication and proper storage of materials and equipment
  • Collaborate with management to manage near miss and observation process
  • Function as the main point of contact for incident investigations
  • Maintain safety records, including client required systems
  • Perform periodic audits initiated by the company, regulatory agencies, and clients
  • Maintain required OSHA logs

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience.
