**About Cenveo Manufacturing**

Cenveo Manufacturing is a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with Account Manager experience to join our team in Kent, WA.

**Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties:**

  • Manage client accounts, process orders, and perform data entry functions.
  • Communicate with clients, sales teams, and operations regarding order status and tracking results.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding job status, pricing, billing, and capabilities.
  • Generate sales orders using established guidelines.
  • Update production schedules and communicate changes to clients as necessary.
  • Investigate client complaints and determine mutually acceptable solutions.
  • Coordinate and monitor customer releases and inventory management.
  • Alert supervisors to potential issues that may lead to customer dissatisfaction.
  • Support Client Service Managers, Account Managers, and Customer Service Representatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate degree is preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience in client service account management is required.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Internet, are required.
  • SAP and Hagen experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work well with external and internal clients at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Physical Requirements & Work Environment:**

  • The work environment is typically a general office setting.
  • May spend short periods in the manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, dirt, high noise levels, and variations in temperature.
  • Occasional exposure to unpleasant or hazardous conditions.
