Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Assistant Property Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and operational property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including assessing customers' storage needs and guiding them through the leasing process.
  • Manage cash transactions, including balancing the cash drawer and petty cash.
  • Maintain a clean and operational property, including cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, and changing light bulbs.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as filing, managing customer accounts, and sorting mail/deliveries.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Retail sales, cash management, and customer service experience.
  • Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives.
  • Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
