Key Responsibilities:

  • Underwrite commercial credit and consumer loans, ensuring compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Entertainment Relationship Managers to determine credit strategy and provide balanced and appropriate credit guidance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure timely renewals and minimize Bank losses.
  • Monitor client financial condition, including covenants and conditions, and take proactive approach to resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on Bank lending policies and regulations, and confer with relevant personnel as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in underwriting medium-sized and moderately complex commercial credit and consumer loans.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Must be in good standing under the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (Safe Act) and registered/licensed with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
Compensation:

Starting base salary: $111,408 - $189,738 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
