As a Technical Support Specialist for SNQPA Richard Chow, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Smart Shade system and app. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn the product's components and basic mechanics to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Educate and train customers on our Smart Shade system and app, providing clear and concise instructions to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Travel to visit dealers and trade shows to demonstrate the product and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to dealers and end-users, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with overseas engineers to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Strong computer skills and phone app skills to navigate and troubleshoot technical issues.
- At least 3 years of technical support experience, with a strong background in app-related support.
- An Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering.
