About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Noodle Bar. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining and gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-quality service to guests, ensuring a favorable dining and gaming experience.
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude towards all external and internal customers at all times.
- Appropriately use all related equipment, including cash registers, Micros, and credit card machines.
- Ensure all food and beverages are produced and served in a quick and neat fashion.
- Clean the floor, counter, and machine in the Noodle Bar area.
- Keep an accurate count of all money and company received from customers.
- Monitor quantities of all supplies and notify Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Manager when quantities are low.
- Stock food and beverage items for the Noodle Bar.
- Understand and adhere to all cash handling procedures and policies.
- Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
- Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
- Comply with all policies and procedures established at Bally's Corporation and department management.
- Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request for any member of management.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in food service or cashiering is required.
- Must obtain and maintain Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license and TiPS certifications.
- Appropriate use of related equipment, including electronic cash register, Micros system, telephone, two-way radio, and other related equipment.
- Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Read, write, and understand simple instructions.
- Communicate appropriately with all casino customers, casino departments, and fellow team members.
- Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.
