Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Large Transmission Gas Projects to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of large transmission gas projects, from estimating and planning to execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules to ensure financial goals and timelines are achieved.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with field leaders, customers, and their representatives, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards throughout project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular project performance reviews, providing updates to senior management and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, implementing strategies to address any issues that arise.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the project management process to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability within the project team, encouraging professional development and growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years project management experience, with a focus on large-scale transmission gas projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well within teams and individually.
  • Well-connected within the transmission pipeline industry, with a strong understanding of budgets, construction accounting, and forecasting.
  • Computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Project estimating experience preferred.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask, with a thorough knowledge of DOT, OSHA, EPA, and other applicable state and federal regulations.
