We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management: Work with clients to define project scope, schedule, deliverables, risks, and expectations.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage team members and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Client Communication: Manage client expectations and ensure regular updates are effectively communicated throughout the project.
  • Project Closure: Ensure projects are closed out when appropriate and all commercial aspects are completed.
  • Support and Coordination: Provide back-up support to customers and coordinate with the finance manager to ensure proper billing of contracts.
Requirements:
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced understanding of HVAC/R systems, including layout, design, fabrication, and installation.
