About the Role

We are searching for a highly skilled Sales Performance Manager to oversee the optimization of our sales team's performance and contribute to the company's success.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 based on the job requirements and location.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted coaching plans.
  2. Collaborate with leadership to design and implement strategies that enhance sales team efficiency and productivity.
  3. Promptly mentor and coach sales professionals to ensure they meet their individual and team objectives.
  4. Conduct regular analysis and reporting to stakeholders on sales performance and progress towards goals.
