Job Description

At Innovize, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Calibration and Preventative Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute calibration and preventative maintenance activities to ensure compliance with quality and facility standards.
  • Provide technical support to the engineering team, including troubleshooting issues, assisting with production support, and creating technical documentation.
  • Review, prioritize, and schedule calibration and preventative maintenance activities based on due dates, urgency, and necessity.
  • Perform calibration and preventative maintenance on equipment, and actively work to incorporate LEAN principles into the calibration and preventative maintenance processes.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year technical degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of calibration experience and 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
