Clinical Manager

Hope At Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Clinical Manager to lead our home health care team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our services, coordinating with our governing body and professional advisory committee, and planning, organizing, and evaluating our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective operational plans to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate care and services.
- Employ qualified personnel and ensure adequate staff education and evaluations.
- Implement an effective budgeting and accounting system and assure accuracy for billing procedures.
- Assist in staffing, recruiting, and onboarding clinicians.
- Train and develop employees to conduct monthly in-service.
- Share copies of our philosophy with all employees.
- Consistently follow our policies and procedures to set an example for employees.
- Review our manuals once per year for completeness.
- Assess employees on an ongoing basis to ascertain their understanding of policies and procedures.
- Assist employees to support policies and achieving necessary changes.
- Uniformly enforce policies and procedures.
- Maintain two-way communication with employees and fair administration of personnel policies.
- Document employee problems in personnel files.
- Discipline employees as necessary.
- Direct the Agency's ongoing functions.
- Fiscal planning, budgeting, and management of operations in accordance with established fiscal parameters.
- Monitor equipment abuse and take steps to keep it to a minimum.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the Agency.
- Supervise Assistant Clinical Manager is available during all operating hours.
- Ensure that the HHA employs qualified personnel, including assuring the development of personnel qualifications and policies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's School of Nursing.
- Current state license as an RN.
- Training and experience in health services administration and at least two (1) years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health program.
- Proof of current CPR certification.
- Compassionate, friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally.
- Ability to deal effectively with high levels of stress.
- Ability to enlist the cooperation of many people in furthering a program.
