Job Title: Per Diem Patient Care Monitor/Greeter

We are seeking a respectful, alert, and vigilant greeter/patient care monitor to maintain overall safety and order of the clinic facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the protection of all employees and patients
  • Verify patient identification and maintain a secure waiting area
  • Manage crowd control and maintain a safe environment
  • Report critical incidents and cooperate with authorities as needed
  • Provide receptionist coverage as needed
  • Perform security checks and maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Attend staff meetings and in-service training
Qualifications:
  • Minimum age requirement of 21
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in an office/clinic setting
  • Training from a law enforcement school or other security training is strongly preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills required
  • Able to establish a positive rapport with patients and demonstrate a non-judgmental and accepting attitude
  • Satisfactory drug screen and background check
