Industrial Waste Remediation Specialist

Clean Harbors, a leading provider of environmental and industrial services, is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician I to join our safety-conscious team in Hampden, ME.
Job DescriptionThis role involves performing tasks associated with hazardous waste clean-up, site remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling of hazardous materials. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation and the ability to perform physical functions as outlined in the Key Responsibilities section.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and processes.
- Engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting and pulling heavy objects.
- Operate light and heavy equipment, handle various hand tools, and powered industrial tools.
The successful candidate will be required to work in various temperatures indoors and outdoors, wear and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE), and work at elevations including ladders and scaffolding.
