Urology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Role

We're seeking a dedicated Urology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you'll have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
As a Urology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you'll be responsible for performing history and physical assessments, managing acute and chronic conditions, and ordering diagnostic tests. You'll also have the opportunity to teach and counsel patients, perform minor surgical procedures, and work autonomously or collaboratively with other healthcare providers as needed.
Credentials Required:
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a Master's degree in Nursing (for Nurse Practitioners) or a Baccalaureate degree in a related field (for Physician Assistants). You'll also need to be licensed by the New Mexico Board of Medical Examiners and have relevant certifications, such as ANCC certification for Nurse Practitioners or CAHEA certification for Physician Assistants.
