Lead Behavioral Health Team

Bergen New Bridge Medical Center seeks an experienced and dedicated Social Work Supervisor to join our team as a Clinical Manager. Reporting directly to the Director of Behavioral Health, this key leadership role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our department and ensuring that we continue to deliver the highest quality care to our patients.

In this role, you will oversee the supervision of social work staff, develop and implement programs to enhance patient care, and participate in interdisciplinary diagnostic and treatment planning conferences. You will also serve as a liaison with other departments and agencies to ensure seamless coordination of care and advocate for the needs of our patients.

  • A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
