About the Role:
We are currently seeking full-time MVD Clerks to join our dynamic team. As an MVD Clerk, you will be responsible for processing various transactions for drivers, vehicle, and vessel owners from New Mexico, surrounding states, and all drivers who have access to New Mexico highways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Drivers' Licenses, Citations, Vehicle Registrations, and Other Transactions via Telephone, Online, Email, and Facsimile
- Perform VIN Inspections as Required
- Deliver Quality Work and Provide Excellent Customer Service
Requirements:
- Pass a Background Check and Fingerprinting
- Hold a Valid NM Driver's License
- General Office Experience
- Excellent Phone Etiquette
- Clerical and Administrative Experience
- Strong Customer Service Skills
Compensation and Benefits:
As an MVD Clerk at ATA Services Inc., you can expect a competitive hourly wage of $16.15, with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
