Contract Compliance Specialist

About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Compliance Specialist to join our team at the State of New Mexico. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for performing data analytics focused audits on DVR's contracts and evaluating contractor data to identify and investigate anomalies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor DVR federal contracts according to Title 2 CFR 200 Grants and Agreements, Program CFR requirements, and DVR's Contract Monitoring Policy and Procedure.
- Evaluate contractor performance metrics that maintains each program's integrity.
- Collaborate with DVR Program Staff prior to each contract audit to communicate the scope of the audit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and five (5) years of experience in program administration or project management.
- Experience with accounting, auditing, contract law, financial management, accounts payable, or purchasing.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs. and travel occasionally.
Salary Information: The estimated annual salary range for this position is $61,531 - $98,449, depending on qualifications and experience.
